Penelope Theobald Countess Stamford and Warrington: she was born to Reverend Charles Theobald. On 18th April 1895 William Grey 9th Earl Stamford 5th Earl Warrington and she were married in London She by marriage Countess Stamford, Countess Warrington. On 1st September 1959 she died.

Jane Grey: On 24th August 1899 she was born to William Grey 9th Earl Stamford 5th Earl Warrington and Penelope Theobald Countess Stamford and Warrington On 29th September 1927 Peverill Hayes Turnbull and she were married in the King Henry VII Chapel, Westminster Abbey [Map]. She the daughter of William Grey 9th Earl Stamford 5th Earl Warrington and Penelope Theobald Countess Stamford and Warrington. On 20th May 1991 Jane Grey died.

On 27th October 1896 Roger Grey 10th Earl Stamford 6th Earl Warrington was born to William Grey 9th Earl Stamford 5th Earl Warrington [aged 46] and Penelope Theobald Countess Stamford and Warrington in London.

On 24th May 1910 [his father] William Grey 9th Earl Stamford 5th Earl Warrington [aged 60] died. His son Roger [aged 13] succeeded 10th Earl Stamford, 12th Baron Grey of Groby.

On 18th August 1976 Roger Grey 10th Earl Stamford 6th Earl Warrington [aged 79] died unmarried at Manchester, Lancashire. He was buried at St Mark's Church, Dunham Massey [Map]. Earl Stamford and Baron Grey of Groby extinct. He left his estate of Dunham Massey, Cheshire [Map] to the National Trust.
