In March 1734 Thomas Grosvenor was born to Robert Grosvenor 6th Baronet [aged 38] and Jane Warre Lady Grosvenor.
In 1755 Thomas Grosvenor [aged 20] was elected MP Chester.
On 1st August 1755 [his father] Robert Grosvenor 6th Baronet [aged 60] died. His son [his brother] Richard [aged 24] succeeded 7th Baronet Grosvenor of Eaton in Cheshire.
In 1758 Thomas Grosvenor [aged 23] and Deborah Skynner were married.
After 1758 Thomas Grosvenor [aged 23] lived at Swell Court Fivehead, Somerset.
On 5th October 1762 [his son] Richard Erle Drax Grosvenor was born to Thomas Grosvenor [aged 28] and [his wife] Deborah Skynner. He married 1788 Sarah Frances Drax and had issue.
On 30th May 1764 [his son] Field Marshall Thomas Erle Drax Grosvenor was born to Thomas Grosvenor [aged 30] and [his wife] Deborah Skynner. He married 6th April 1797 Elizabeth Heathcote, daughter of Gilbert Heathcote 3rd Baronet and Elizabeth Hudson Lady Heathcote.
On 19th July 1764 [his brother] Richard Grosvenor 1st Earl Grosvenor [aged 33] and [his sister-in-law] Henrietta Vernon Countess Grosvenor [aged 28] were married.
In 1784 [his brother] Richard Grosvenor 1st Earl Grosvenor [aged 52] was created 1st Earl Grosvenor. [his sister-in-law] Henrietta Vernon Countess Grosvenor [aged 48] by marriage Countess Grosvenor.

Jean de Waurin was a French Chronicler, from the Artois region, who was born around 1400, and died around 1474. Waurin’s Chronicle of England, Volume 6, covering the period 1450 to 1471, from which we have selected and translated Chapters relating to the Wars of the Roses, provides a vivid, original, contemporary description of key events some of which he witnessed first-hand, some of which he was told by the key people involved with whom Waurin had a personal relationship.
