Violet Keppel 1894-1972

On 1st June 1891 [her father] George Keppel [aged 25] and [her mother] Alice Frederica Edmonstone aka Keppel [aged 23] were married at St Paul's Church, Knightsbridge. He the son of [her grandfather] William Keppel 7th Earl Albermarle [aged 59] and [her grandmother] Sophia Mary MacNab of Dundurn Castle [aged 58].

On 6th June 1894 Violet Keppel was born to George Keppel [aged 28] and Alice Frederica Edmonstone aka Keppel [aged 26]. Her family considered her actual father to be Ernest William Beckett 2nd Baron Grimthorpe [aged 37].

In 1919 Denys Trefusis and Violet Keppel [aged 24] were married.

In 1929 [her husband] Denys Trefusis died.

On 1st September 1947 [her mother] Alice Frederica Edmonstone aka Keppel [aged 79] died at the Villa dell'Ombrellino, Bellosguardo. She was buried at the English Cemetery, Florence.

On 22nd November 1947 [her father] George Keppel [aged 82] died.

On 29th February 1972 Violet Keppel [aged 77] died.
