On 20th June 1465 [his father] Walter Blount 1st Baron Mountjoy [aged 49] was created 1st Baron Mountjoy. [his mother] Helena Byron Baroness Mountjoy [aged 49] by marriage Baroness Mountjoy.

On 25th November 1467 [his father] Walter Blount 1st Baron Mountjoy [aged 51] and [his step-mother] Anne Neville Duchess Buckingham [aged 59] were married. She by marriage Baroness Mountjoy. She the daughter of Ralph Neville 1st Earl of Westmoreland and Joan Beaufort Countess of Westmoreland.

In 1468 [his mother] Helena Byron Baroness Mountjoy [aged 52] died.

On 1st August 1474 [his father] Walter Blount 1st Baron Mountjoy [aged 58] died. His grandson Edward [aged 10] succeeded 2nd Baron Mountjoy.

On 12th October 1475 Edward Blount 2nd Baron Mountjoy [aged 11] died. His uncle John [aged 25] succeeded 3rd Baron Mountjoy.

Around 1477 John Blount 3rd Baron Mountjoy [aged 27] and Lora Berkeley Countess Ormonde were married. She by marriage Baroness Mountjoy.

Around 1478 [his son] William Blount 4th Baron Mountjoy was born to John Blount 3rd Baron Mountjoy [aged 28] and [his wife] Lora Berkeley Countess Ormonde at Barton Blount, Derbyshire [Map]. He married 1. 1497 Elizabeth Saye Baroness Mountjoy and had issue 2. before 30th July 1509 Inez Venegas Baroness Mountjoy 3. February 1515 Alice Keble Baroness Mountjoy, daughter of Henry Keble, and had issue 4. 29th July 1523 Dorothy Grey Baroness Mountjoy, Willoughby and Latimer, daughter of Thomas Grey 1st Marquess Dorset and Cecily Bonville Marchioness Dorset, and had issue.

Deeds of King Henry V

Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.

On 22nd August 1485 King Richard III of England [aged 32] was killed during the Battle of Bosworth. His second cousin once removed Henry Tudor [aged 28] succeeded VII King of England.
