Before 23rd October 1829 [his father] Edward St Aubyn 1st Baronet [aged 29] and [his mother] Emma Knollys [aged 23] were married. She the daughter of [his grandfather] William Knollys 8th Earl Banbury [aged 66].
On 23rd October 1829 John St Aubyn 1st Baron St Levan was born to Edward St Aubyn 1st Baronet [aged 29] and Emma Knollys [aged 23].
On 10th August 1839 [his grandfather] John St Aubyn 5th Baronet [aged 81] died. Baronet St Aubyn of Clowance in Cornwall extinct. His illegitimate son [his father] Edward St Aubyn 1st Baronet [aged 39] was ineligible to succeed to the title. He was subsequently created 1st Baronet St Aubyn of St Michael's Mount in Cornwall.
In 1856 John St Aubyn 1st Baron St Levan [aged 26] and Elizabeth Clementina Townshend Baroness St Levan were married. She the daughter of John Townshend 4th Marquess Townshend [aged 57] and Elizabeth Jane Stuart [aged 52]. They were sixth cousins.
On 23rd September 1857 [his son] John Townshend St Aubyn 2nd Baron St Levan was born to John St Aubyn 1st Baron St Levan [aged 27] and [his wife] Elizabeth Clementina Townshend Baroness St Levan. He married (1) 1892 his half fifth cousin once removed Edith Hilaria Edgecumbe, daughter of William Henry Edgecumbe 4th Earl of Mount Edgcumbe and Katherine Elizabeth Hamilton Countess Mount Edgcumbe, and had issue (2) 1933 Julia Georgiana Wombwell Countess Dartrey, daughter of George Orby Wombwell 4th Baronet and Julia Sarah Alice Child-Villiers Lady Wombwell.
In 1858 John St Aubyn 1st Baron St Levan [aged 28] was elected MP Cornwall West.
On 10th September 1863 [his father-in-law] John Townshend 4th Marquess Townshend [aged 65] died at Raynham Hall, Norfolk. He was buried at the Church of All Saints, Hertford. His son [his brother-in-law] John [aged 32] succeeded 5th Marquess Townshend, 8th Viscount Townsend, 8th Baron Townshend of Lynn Regis in Norfolk, 10th Baronet Townshend.
On 17th October 1865 [his brother-in-law] John Villiers Stuart Townshend 5th Marquess Townshend [aged 34] and Anne Elizabeth Clementina Duff Marchioness Townshend [aged 18] were married. She by marriage Marchioness Townshend. She the daughter of James Duff 5th Earl Fife [aged 51] and Agnes Georgiana Elizabeth Hay Countess Fife [aged 36]. He the son of [his father-in-law] John Townshend 4th Marquess Townshend and [his mother-in-law] Elizabeth Jane Stuart [aged 62].
In 1867 [his son] Arthur James Dudley Stuart St Aubyn was born to John St Aubyn 1st Baron St Levan [aged 37] and [his wife] Elizabeth Clementina Townshend Baroness St Levan.
On 30th November 1872 [his father] Edward St Aubyn 1st Baronet [aged 73] died. His son John [aged 43] succeeded 2nd Baronet St Aubyn of St Michael's Mount in Cornwall. [his wife] Elizabeth Clementina Townshend Baroness St Levan by marriage Lady St Aubyn of St Michael's Mount in Cornwall.
In 1885 John St Aubyn 1st Baron St Levan [aged 55] was elected MP St Ives.

In 1887 John St Aubyn 1st Baron St Levan [aged 57] was created 1st Baron St Levan of St Michael's Mount in Cornwall. [his wife] Elizabeth Clementina Townshend Baroness St Levan by marriage Baroness St Levan of St Michael's Mount in Cornwall. They had six sons and seven daughters.
On 3rd March 1887 [his mother] Emma Knollys [aged 81] died.
In 1892 [his son] John Townshend St Aubyn 2nd Baron St Levan [aged 34] and [his daughter-in-law] Edith Hilaria Edgecumbe [aged 30] were married. She the daughter of William Henry Edgecumbe 4th Earl of Mount Edgcumbe [aged 58] and Katherine Elizabeth Hamilton Countess Mount Edgcumbe. They were half fifth cousin once removed. She a great x 5 granddaughter of King Charles II of England Scotland and Ireland.
In 1897 [his son] Arthur James Dudley Stuart St Aubyn [aged 30] died.
On 6th October 1899 [his brother-in-law] John Villiers Stuart Townshend 5th Marquess Townshend [aged 68] died at his home in Laverstock, Wiltshire [Map]. His son John [aged 32] succeeded 6th Marquess Townshend, 9th Viscount Townsend, 9th Baron Townshend of Lynn Regis in Norfolk, 11th Baronet Townshend.
On 14th May 1908 John St Aubyn 1st Baron St Levan [aged 78] died. His son John [aged 50] succeeded 2nd Baron St Levan of St Michael's Mount in Cornwall, 3rd Baronet St Aubyn of St Michael's Mount in Cornwall.
In 1910 [his former wife] Elizabeth Clementina Townshend Baroness St Levan died.
