On 10th April 1502 [his father] King Frederick I of Denmark [aged 30] and Anna of Brandenburg [aged 14] were married. She the daughter of John "Cicero" Hohenzollern Elector Brandenburg and Margaret of Thuringia. He the son of [his grandfather] Christian I King of Denmark and [his grandmother] Dorothea of Brandenburg. They were half second cousins.
On 9th October 1518 [his father] King Frederick I of Denmark [aged 47] and [his mother] Sophie of Pomerania Queen Consort of Denmark and Sweden [aged 20] were married. The difference in their ages was 26 years. He the son of [his grandfather] Christian I King of Denmark and [his grandmother] Dorothea of Brandenburg.
On 25th January 1526 Duke Adolph Oldenburg of Holstein-Gotorp was born to King Frederick I of Denmark [aged 54] and Sophie of Pomerania Queen Consort of Denmark and Sweden [aged 28].
On 10th April 1533 [his father] King Frederick I of Denmark [aged 61] died. His son [his half-brother] Christian [aged 29] succeeded III King of Denmark.
In 1544 Duke Adolph Oldenburg of Holstein-Gotorp [aged 17] was created 1st Duke of Holstein Gotorp.
On 1st January 1559 [his half-brother] Christian III King of Denmark [aged 55] died. His son [his nephew] Frederick [aged 24] succeeded II King of Denmark.
In 1560 Duke Adolph Oldenburg of Holstein-Gotorp [aged 33] was appointed 343rd Knight of the Garter by Queen Elizabeth I of England and Ireland [aged 26]. It isn't entirely clear why he was awarded the Garter. He was a thirty-four years old, unmarried younger son of the [his father] King of Denark. He may have been pursuing a marriage to Queen Elizabeth I of England and Ireland.

Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.

He the son of King Frederick I of Denmark and Sophie of Pomerania Queen Consort of Denmark and Sweden [aged 66]. They were half fourth cousin once removed.
In 1568 [his mother] Sophie of Pomerania Queen Consort of Denmark and Sweden [aged 70] died.
On 21st April 1568 [his son] Frederick II Oldenburg was born to Duke Adolph Oldenburg of Holstein-Gotorp [aged 42] and [his wife] Christine Hesse [aged 24].
On 1st June 1569 [his daughter] Sophia Oldenburg was born to Duke Adolph Oldenburg of Holstein-Gotorp [aged 43] and [his wife] Christine Hesse [aged 25]. She married 17th February 1588 her half first cousin once removed Duke John VII of Mecklenburg-Schwerin and had issue.
On 10th August 1570 [his son] Philip Oldenburg was born to Duke Adolph Oldenburg of Holstein-Gotorp [aged 44] and [his wife] Christine Hesse [aged 27].
On 13th April 1573 [his daughter] Christina Oldenburg was born to Duke Adolph Oldenburg of Holstein-Gotorp [aged 47] and [his wife] Christine Hesse [aged 29].
On 11th March 1574 [his daughter] Elisabeth Oldenburg was born to Duke Adolph Oldenburg of Holstein-Gotorp [aged 48] and [his wife] Christine Hesse [aged 30].
On 27th February 1575 [his daughter] Anna of Holstein-Gottorp was born to Duke Adolph Oldenburg of Holstein-Gotorp [aged 49] and [his wife] Christine Hesse [aged 31]. She married 28th January 1598 Count Enno III of East Frisia and had issue.
On 27th February 1575 [his son] John Adolph Oldenburg was born to Duke Adolph Oldenburg of Holstein-Gotorp [aged 49] and [his wife] Christine Hesse [aged 31].
On 29th May 1576 [his son] Christian Oldenburg was born to Duke Adolph Oldenburg of Holstein-Gotorp [aged 50] and [his wife] Christine Hesse [aged 32]. He died aged less than one years old.
On 22nd April 1577 [his son] Christian Oldenburg died.
Anne Boleyn. Her Life as told by Lancelot de Carle's 1536 Letter.
In 1536, two weeks after the execution of Anne Boleyn, her brother George and four others, Lancelot du Carle, wrote an extraordinary letter that described Anne's life, and her trial and execution, to which he was a witness.
