On 28th December 1654 [her father] Duke Gustav Adolph of Mecklenburg-Güstrow [aged 21] and [her mother] Magdalena Sibylla of Holstein Gottorp [aged 23] were married. They were third cousins.

On 28th August 1667 Louise of Mecklenburg Güstrow Queen Consort Denmark and Norway was born to Duke Gustav Adolph of Mecklenburg-Güstrow [aged 34] and Magdalena Sibylla of Holstein Gottorp [aged 36].

On 6th October 1695 [her father] Duke Gustav Adolph of Mecklenburg-Güstrow [aged 62] died.

On 5th December 1695 Frederick IV King of Denmark and Norway [aged 24] and Louise of Mecklenburg Güstrow Queen Consort Denmark and Norway [aged 28] were married. He the son of Christian V King of Denmark and Norway [aged 49] and Charlotte Amalie Hesse-Kassel Queen Consort Denmark and Norway [aged 45]. They were third cousin once removed.

On 28th June 1697 [her son] Christian Oldenburg was born to [her husband] Frederick IV King of Denmark and Norway [aged 25] and Louise of Mecklenburg Güstrow Queen Consort Denmark and Norway [aged 29]. He died aged one in 1698.

On 1st October 1698 [her son] Christian Oldenburg [aged 1] died.

On 25th August 1699 [her father-in-law] Christian V King of Denmark and Norway [aged 53] died. His son [her husband] Frederick [aged 27] succeeded IV King of Denmark and Norway. Louise of Mecklenburg Güstrow Queen Consort Denmark and Norway [aged 31] by marriage Queen Consort Denmark and Norway.

On 10th December 1699 [her son] Christian VI King of Denmark and Norway was born to [her husband] Frederick IV King of Denmark and Norway [aged 28] and Louise of Mecklenburg Güstrow Queen Consort Denmark and Norway [aged 32].

On 23rd October 1701 [her son] Frederik Charles Oldenburg was born to [her husband] Frederick IV King of Denmark and Norway [aged 30] and Louise of Mecklenburg Güstrow Queen Consort Denmark and Norway [aged 34]. He died aged less than one years old.

On 7th January 1702 [her son] Frederik Charles Oldenburg died.

On 6th January 1703 [her son] George Oldenburg was born to [her husband] Frederick IV King of Denmark and Norway [aged 31] and Louise of Mecklenburg Güstrow Queen Consort Denmark and Norway [aged 35]. He died aged one in 1704.

On 12th March 1704 [her son] George Oldenburg [aged 1] died.

The History of William Marshal was commissioned by his son shortly after William’s death in 1219 to celebrate the Marshal’s remarkable life; it is an authentic, contemporary voice. The manuscript was discovered in 1861 by French historian Paul Meyer. Meyer published the manuscript in its original Anglo-French in 1891 in two books. This book is a line by line translation of the first of Meyer’s books; lines 1-10152. Book 1 of the History begins in 1139 and ends in 1194. It describes the events of the Anarchy, the role of William’s father John, John’s marriages, William’s childhood, his role as a hostage at the siege of Newbury, his injury and imprisonment in Poitou where he met Eleanor of Aquitaine and his life as a knight errant. It continues with the accusation against him of an improper relationship with Margaret, wife of Henry the Young King, his exile, and return, the death of Henry the Young King, the rebellion of Richard, the future King Richard I, war with France, the death of King Henry II, and the capture of King Richard, and the rebellion of John, the future King John. It ends with the release of King Richard and the death of John Marshal.

On 6th October 1706 [her daughter] Charlotte Amalie Oldenburg was born to [her husband] Frederick IV King of Denmark and Norway [aged 35] and Louise of Mecklenburg Güstrow Queen Consort Denmark and Norway [aged 39].

In 1719 [her mother] Magdalena Sibylla of Holstein Gottorp [aged 88] died.

On 15th March 1721 Louise of Mecklenburg Güstrow Queen Consort Denmark and Norway [aged 53] died. The day after her funeral her husband Frederick IV King of Denmark and Norway [aged 49] married Anne Sophie Reventlow Queen Consort Denmark and Norway [aged 27] whom he had previously married bigamously.

On 4th April 1721 [her former husband] Frederick IV King of Denmark and Norway [aged 49] and Anne Sophie Reventlow Queen Consort Denmark and Norway [aged 27] were married. She by marriage Queen Consort Denmark and Norway. The difference in their ages was 21 years. He the son of [her former father-in-law] Christian V King of Denmark and Norway and [her former mother-in-law] Charlotte Amalie Hesse-Kassel Queen Consort Denmark and Norway.

On 12th October 1730 [her former husband] Frederick IV King of Denmark and Norway [aged 59] died. His son Christian [aged 30] succeeded VI King of Denmark and Norway.
