He married 1811 his half third cousin Maria Windsor Marchioness Downshire, daughter of Other Windsor 5th Earl Plymouth and Sarah Archer Countess Plymouth and Amherst, and had issue.
In 1799 Frederick Richard West was born to Frederick West [aged 32] at Hanover Square. He married 1. 14th November 1820 Georgiana Stanhope, daughter of Philip Stanhope 5th Earl Chesterfield and Henrietta Thynne 2. 11th September 1827 Theresa Whitby and had issue.
On 13th July 1836 Henry Agar 2nd Viscount Clifden [aged 75] died in Hanover Square. His grandson Henry [aged 11] succeeded 3rd Viscount Clifden of Gowran in County Kilkenny, 3rd Baron Mendip of Mendip in Somerset.
Charlotte Augusta Hill Countess Talbot was born to Wills Hill 1st Marquess Downshire and Margaretta Fitzgerald in Hanover Square. She married 1776 John Chetwynd-Talbot 1st Earl Talbot and had issue.
