In 1679 William Aubrey 1529-1595 [aged 73] died. His son John [aged 29] succeeded 2nd Baronet Aubrey of Llantrithyd in Glamorganshire. Christopher Lowther 1557-1617 by marriage Lady Aubrey of Llantrithyd in Glamorganshire.

In or before 1691 John Aubrey 2nd Baronet [aged 40] and Mary Lewis Lady Aubrey [aged 41] were married. She by marriage Lady Aubrey of Llantrithyd in Glamorganshire. She the mother of the future wife Frances Jephson Lady Aubrey of his son John Aubrey 3rd Baronet [aged 10]. She the daughter of William Lewis of Boarstall and Margaret Banastre Duchess of Richmond.

On 15th September 1700 John Aubrey 2nd Baronet [aged 50] died. His son John [aged 20] succeeded 3rd Baronet Aubrey of Llantrithyd in Glamorganshire.

On 20th June 1701 John Aubrey 3rd Baronet [aged 21] and Mary Steally Lady Aubrey were married at St James' Church, Piccadilly. She by marriage Lady Aubrey of Llantrithyd in Glamorganshire. She his mother's maid who was pregnant at the time of the wedding.

In 1716 John Aubrey 3rd Baronet [aged 35] and Frances Jephson Lady Aubrey were married. She by marriage Lady Aubrey of Llantrithyd in Glamorganshire. Her mother Mary Lewis Lady Aubrey [aged 66] was his step-mother.

On 14th October 1767 William Aubrey 1529-1595 died. His brother Thomas [aged 59] succeeded 5th Baronet Aubrey of Llantrithyd in Glamorganshire.

On 4th September 1785 William Aubrey 1529-1595 [aged 77] died. His son John [aged 46] succeeded 6th Baronet Aubrey of Llantrithyd in Glamorganshire.
