Around 1562 [his son] Christopher Wyvill was born to Marmaduke Wyvill 1st Baronet [aged 21] and [his wife] Magdalen Danby [aged 27]. He married 2nd April 1589 his fourth cousin once removed Jane Stapleton and had issue.

Around 1578 [his father] Christopher Wyvill [aged 60] died.

In 1584 Marmaduke Wyvill 1st Baronet [aged 43] was elected MP York which seat he held until 1585.

On 2nd April 1589 [his son] Christopher Wyvill [aged 27] and [his daughter-in-law] Jane Stapleton [aged 11] were married. They were fourth cousin once removed.

In 1597 Marmaduke Wyvill 1st Baronet [aged 56] was elected MP York which seat he held until 1598.

On 25th November 1611 Marmaduke Wyvill 1st Baronet [aged 70] was created 1st Baronet Wyvill of Constable Burton in Yorkshire.

On 22nd July 1614 [his son] Christopher Wyvill [aged 52] died.

On 9th January 1617 Marmaduke Wyvill 1st Baronet [aged 76] died. He was buried at Masham. His succeeded grandson Marmaduke Wyvill 2nd Baronet [aged 22] succeeded 2nd Baronet Wyvill of Constable Burton in Yorkshire.
