On 12th June 1758 [his father] Augustus William Hohenzollern [aged 35] died.
On 14th July 1765 Frederick William II King Prussia [aged 20] and Crown Princess Elisabeth Christine of Prussia [aged 18] were married. They had one child before the marriage was dissolved in 1769.
In 1767 [his daughter] Frederica Charlotte Hohenzollern was born to Frederick William II King Prussia [aged 22] and [his wife] Crown Princess Elisabeth Christine of Prussia [aged 20]. She married 29th September 1791 her third cousin Prince Frederick Hanover Duke of York, son of King George III of Great Britain and Ireland and Charlotte Mecklenburg Strelitz Queen Consort England.
In 1769 Frederick William II King Prussia [aged 24] and Crown Princess Elisabeth Christine of Prussia [aged 22] were divorced.
On 14th July 1769 Frederick William II King Prussia [aged 24] and Queen Frederica Louisa of Prussia [aged 17] were married. The date exactly four years after his first marriage. They were fifth cousins. He a great x 4 grandson of King James I of England and Ireland and VI of Scotland.
On 3rd August 1770 [his son] Frederick William III King Prussia was born to Frederick William II King Prussia [aged 25] and [his wife] Queen Frederica Louisa of Prussia [aged 18]. He married 24th December 1793 his half second cousin Queen Louise of Prussia and had issue.
On 1st May 1780 [his daughter] Princess Augusta of Prussia was born to Frederick William II King Prussia [aged 35] and [his wife] Queen Frederica Louisa of Prussia [aged 28]. She married 13th February 1797 her third cousin Wilhelm Hesse-Kassel, son of William Elector of Hesse and Electress Wilhelmina Caroline Oldenburg.
On 17th August 1786 [his uncle] Frederick "The Great" I King Prussia [aged 74] died. His nephew Frederick [aged 41] succeeded II King Prussia.
On 29th September 1791 [his son-in-law] Prince Frederick Hanover Duke of York [aged 28] and Frederica Charlotte Hohenzollern [aged 24] were married at Charlottenburg, Berlin. She the daughter of Frederick William II King Prussia [aged 47] and Crown Princess Elisabeth Christine of Prussia [aged 44]. He the son of King George III of Great Britain and Ireland [aged 53] and Charlotte Mecklenburg Strelitz Queen Consort England [aged 47]. They were third cousins. She a great x 5 granddaughter of King James I of England and Ireland and VI of Scotland.
Abbot John Whethamstede’s Chronicle of the Abbey of St Albans
Abbot John Whethamstede's Register aka Chronicle of his second term at the Abbey of St Albans, 1451-1461, is a remarkable text that describes his first-hand experience of the beginning of the Wars of the Roses including the First and Second Battles of St Albans, 1455 and 1461, respectively, their cause, and their consequences, not least on the Abbey itself. His text also includes Loveday, Blore Heath, Northampton, the Act of Accord, Wakefield, and Towton, and ends with the Coronation of King Edward IV. In addition to the events of the Wars of the Roses, Abbot John, or his scribes who wrote the Chronicle, include details in the life of the Abbey such as charters, letters, land exchanges, visits by legates, and disputes, which provide a rich insight into the day-to-day life of the Abbey, and the challenges faced by its Abbot.

On 16th November 1797 Frederick William II King Prussia [aged 53] died. His son Frederick [aged 27] succeeded II King Prussia.
On 25th February 1805 [his former wife] Queen Frederica Louisa of Prussia [aged 53] died.
On 18th February 1840 [his former wife] Crown Princess Elisabeth Christine of Prussia [aged 93] died.
