On 22nd January 1927 [his son] John Fremantle 5th Baron Cottesloe was born to John Fremantle 4th Baron Cottesloe [aged 26] and [his wife] Elizabeth Harris Baroness Cottesloe [aged 21].
In 1944 John Fremantle 4th Baron Cottesloe [aged 43] and Elizabeth Harris Baroness Cottesloe [aged 37] were divorced.

[his former wife] Elizabeth Harris Baroness Cottesloe [aged 50] by marriage Baroness Cottesloe of Swanbourne and Hardwick in Buckinghamshire.
On 21st April 1994 John Fremantle 4th Baron Cottesloe [aged 94] died. His son John [aged 67] succeeded 5th Baron Cottesloe of Swanbourne and Hardwick in Buckinghamshire, 5th Baronet Fremantle of Swanborne in Buckinghamshire.
