On 16th June 1815 Henry William Paget 1st Marquess Anglesey [aged 47] fought and Algernon Frederick Greville [aged 16] fought.

Fletcher Norton 3rd Baron Grantley [aged 16] fought.
General Mildmay Fane [aged 20] and Thomas Elmsley Croft 7th Baronet [aged 16] were wounded.

Henry William Paget 1st Marquess Anglesey [aged 47] led the charge of the British heavy cavalry against Comte d'Erlon's column which checked and in part routed the French Army. He was hit by one of the last cannon shots of the day necessitating the amputation of this leg during the Battle of Quatre Bras.
Fletcher Norton 3rd Baron Grantley [aged 16] fought and was wounded.

On 12th November 1822 [his uncle] William Norton 2nd Baron Grantley [aged 80] died. His nephew Fletcher [aged 24] succeeded 3rd Baron Grantley of Markenfield in Yorkshire.
On 26th July 1825 Fletcher Norton 3rd Baron Grantley [aged 27] and Charlotte Earle Beechey Baroness Grantley were married. She by marriage Baroness Grantley of Markenfield in Yorkshire.
On 28th August 1875 Fletcher Norton 3rd Baron Grantley [aged 77] died without issue. His nephew Thomas [aged 43] succeeded 4th Baron Grantley of Markenfield in Yorkshire.
On 1st May 1878 [his former wife] Charlotte Earle Beechey Baroness Grantley died.
