On 24th July 1128 [her future husband] Afonso "Conqueror Founder Great" I King Portugal [aged 18] was appointed Count Portugal.
On 26th July 1139 [her future husband] Afonso "Conqueror Founder Great" I King Portugal [aged 30] was appointed I King Portugal.
In 1146 Afonso "Conqueror Founder Great" I King Portugal [aged 36] and Malfada Savoy Queen Consort Portugal [aged 21] were married. She by marriage Queen Consort Portugal. She the daughter of Amadeus Savoy III Count Savoy [aged 51] and Mahaut Albon Countess Savoy. He the son of Henry Burgundy Count Portugal and Teresa Alfónsez Jiménez.

In 1151 [her daughter] Theresa Burgundy Duchess Burgundy was born to [her husband] Afonso "Conqueror Founder Great" I King Portugal [aged 41] and Malfada Savoy Queen Consort Portugal [aged 26]. She married (1) her fourth cousin Philip I Count of Flanders, son of Thierry Count Flanders and Sibylla Anjou Countess Essex (2) 1194 her half second cousin twice removed Odo III Duke Burgundy, son of Hugh III Duke Burgundy and Alice Metz Duchess Burgundy.

On 11th November 1154 [her son] Sancho "Populator" I King Portugal was born to [her husband] Afonso "Conqueror Founder Great" I King Portugal [aged 45] and Malfada Savoy Queen Consort Portugal [aged 29]. His nickname "Populator" not a consequence of the number of children he fathered, over sixty apparently, but his policy of populating remote areas in the northern Christian regions of Portugal. He married his fifth cousin Dulce Barcelona Queen Consort Portugal, daughter of Raymond V Count Barcelona, and had issue.
Around 1155 [her brother] Humbert Savoy III Count Savoy [aged 21] and [her sister-in-law] Gertrude Metz Countess Savoy were married. She by marriage Countess Savoy. She the daughter of Thierry Count Flanders [aged 56] and Sibylla Anjou Countess Essex [aged 43]. He the son of [her father] Amadeus Savoy III Count Savoy and [her mother] Mahaut Albon Countess Savoy. They were fifth cousin once removed.
In 1155 [her son] Henry Burgundy [aged 7] died.
In 1156 [her son] John Burgundy was born to [her husband] Afonso "Conqueror Founder Great" I King Portugal [aged 46] and Malfada Savoy Queen Consort Portugal [aged 31]. He died aged eight in 1164.
In 1157 [her daughter] Sancha Burgundy was born to [her husband] Afonso "Conqueror Founder Great" I King Portugal [aged 47] and Malfada Savoy Queen Consort Portugal [aged 32]. She died aged ten in 1167.
On 3rd December 1157 Malfada Savoy Queen Consort Portugal [aged 32] died.
On 6th December 1185 [her former husband] Afonso "Conqueror Founder Great" I King Portugal [aged 76] died. His son Sancho [aged 31] succeeded I King Portugal and reigned for twenty six years.
