George Wombwell 3rd Baronet 1792-1855

Before 13th April 1792 [his father] George Wombwell 2nd Baronet [aged 23] and [his mother] Anne Belasyse [aged 15] were married. She the daughter of [his grandfather] Henry Belasyse 2nd Earl Fauconberg [aged 49] and [his grandmother] Charlotte Lamb Countess Fauconberg.

On 13th April 1792 George Wombwell 3rd Baronet was born to George Wombwell 2nd Baronet [aged 23] and Anne Belasyse [aged 15].

In 1808 [his mother] Anne Belasyse [aged 31] died.

On 23rd June 1824 George Wombwell 3rd Baronet [aged 32] and Georgiana Hunter were married.

In 1825 [his aunt] Charlotte Belasyse [aged 58] died. Newburgh Priory, North Yorkshire [Map] was inherited by George Wombwell 3rd Baronet [aged 32], the eldest son of her sister [his mother] Anne Belasyse.

On 25th November 1832 [his son] George Orby Wombwell 4th Baronet was born to George Wombwell 3rd Baronet [aged 40] and [his wife] Georgiana Hunter. He married 3rd September 1861 Julia Sarah Alice Child-Villiers Lady Wombwell, daughter of George Child-Villiers 6th Earl Jersey and Julia Peel Countess Jersey, and had issue.

On 27th September 1840 [his son] Henry Herbert Wombwell 5th Baronet was born to George Wombwell 3rd Baronet [aged 48] and [his wife] Georgiana Hunter. He married 9th February 1902 Myrtle Mabel Muriel Mostyn.

On 12th July 1845 [his son] Frederick Charles Wombwell was born to George Wombwell 3rd Baronet [aged 53] and [his wife] Georgiana Hunter.

On 28th October 1846 [his father] George Wombwell 2nd Baronet [aged 77] died. His son George [aged 54] succeeded 3rd Baronet Wombwell of Wombwell in Yorkshire.

On 14th January 1855 George Wombwell 3rd Baronet [aged 62] died. His son George [aged 22] succeeded 4th Baronet Wombwell of Wombwell in Yorkshire.
