In or after 1541 [his son] George Lyttelton was born to John Lyttelton of Frankley [aged 21] and [his wife] Bridget Packington. He married in or before 1575 Margaret Smith and had issue.

Around 1548 [his daughter] Elizabeth Lyttelton was born to John Lyttelton of Frankley [aged 28] and [his wife] Bridget Packington at Willoughby-on-the-Wolds, Nottinghamshire [Map]. She married 1563 her half fifth cousin once removed Francis Willoughby and had issue.

In 1553 John Lyttelton of Frankley [aged 33] was appointed Constable of Dudley Castle.

In 1558 John Lyttelton of Frankley [aged 38] purchased the manor of Halesowen, Shropshire [Map] from Robert Dudley 1st Earl of Leicester [aged 25].

Before 1561 [his son] Gilbert Lyttelton [aged 20] and [his daughter-in-law] Elizabeth Coningsbury [aged 14] were married.

In 1563 [his son-in-law] Francis Willoughby [aged 17] and [his daughter] Elizabeth Lyttelton [aged 15] were married. They were half fifth cousin once removed.

In 1565 [his wife] Bridget Packington died.

In 1565 John Lyttelton of Frankley [aged 45] purchased the manor of Hagley from John St Leger.
