On 20th April 1898 [his father] Brigadier-General Charles Fitz-Clarence [aged 32] and [his mother] Violet Spencer-Churchill [aged 34] were married at the Citadel Church, Cairo. They were sixth cousins. He a great grandson of King William IV of the United Kingdom.
On 3rd October 1899 Edward Fitz-Clarence 6th Earl of Munster was born to Brigadier-General Charles Fitz-Clarence [aged 34] and Violet Spencer-Churchill [aged 35]. He a great x 2 grandson of King William IV of the United Kingdom.
On 12th November 1914 [his father] Brigadier-General Charles Fitz-Clarence [aged 49] was killed in action at Polygon Wood, Zonnebeke, Belgium whilst commanding the 1st (Guards) Brigade. In his Despatch of 20 November 1914, Sir John French said: "Another officer whose name was particularly mentioned to me was Brigadier-General FitzClarence, VC, commanding the 1st Guards' Brigade. He was unfortunately killed in the night attack of the 11th November. His loss will be severely felt".
On 30th July 1925 Edward Fitz-Clarence 6th Earl of Munster [aged 25] and Monica Sheila Grayson were married. He the son of Brigadier-General Charles Fitz-Clarence and Violet Spencer-Churchill [aged 61].
On 21st March 1926 [his son] Anthony Fitz-Clarence 7th Earl of Munster was born to Edward Fitz-Clarence 6th Earl of Munster [aged 26] and [his wife] Monica Sheila Grayson. He a great x 3 grandson of King William IV of the United Kingdom. He married 28th July 1949 Louise Delvigne Countess Munster.
In 1930 Edward Fitz-Clarence 6th Earl of Munster [aged 30] and Monica Sheila Grayson were divorced.
On 28th September 1939 Edward Fitz-Clarence 6th Earl of Munster [aged 39] and Vivian Scholfield were married. There was no issue from the marriage. He the son of Brigadier-General Charles Fitz-Clarence and Violet Spencer-Churchill [aged 75].
In 1941 [his mother] Violet Spencer-Churchill [aged 77] died.
On 28th July 1949 Anthony Fitz-Clarence 7th Earl of Munster [aged 23] and Louise Delvigne Countess Munster were married. He the son of Edward Fitz-Clarence 6th Earl of Munster [aged 49] and Monica Sheila Grayson.
In 1958 [his former wife] Monica Sheila Grayson died.
On 26th August 1975 George Fitz-Clarence 5th Earl Munster [aged 69] died. His second cousin Edward [aged 75] succeeded 6th Earl Munster, 6th Viscount Fitzclarence, 6th Baron Tewkesbury.
Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.
