She the daughter of [his grandfather] John Manners 2nd Duke Rutland and [his grandmother] Lucy Sherard Duchess Rutland [aged 57]. He the son of James Graham 1st Duke Montrose.
On 8th September 1755 James Graham 3rd Duke Montrose was born to William Graham 2nd Duke Montrose [aged 43] and Lucy Manners Duchess Montrose [aged 38].
In 1785 James Graham 3rd Duke Montrose [aged 29] and Jemima Elizabeth Ashburnham were married. She the daughter of John Ashburnham 2nd Earl Ashburnham [aged 60] and Elizabeth Crowley Countess Ashburham. He the son of William Graham 2nd Duke Montrose [aged 72] and Lucy Manners Duchess Montrose [aged 68].
In September 1786 [his wife] Jemima Elizabeth Ashburnham died in childbirth.
In September 1786 [his son] Son Graham died.
On 18th June 1788 [his mother] Lucy Manners Duchess Montrose [aged 71] died.
In 1790 James Graham 3rd Duke Montrose [aged 34] and Caroline Maria Montagu Duchess Montrose were married. She the daughter of George Montagu 4th Duke Manchester and Elizabeth Dashwood Duchess Manchester [aged 50]. He the son of William Graham 2nd Duke Montrose [aged 77] and Lucy Manners Duchess Montrose. They were fifth cousin once removed.
On 23rd September 1790 [his father] William Graham 2nd Duke Montrose [aged 78] died at Twickenham, Richmond. His son James [aged 35] succeeded 3rd Duke Montrose. [his wife] Caroline Maria Montagu Duchess Montrose by marriage Duchess Montrose.
Before 25th September 1793 [his daughter] Georgiana Charlotte Graham Countess Nottingham Winchelsea was born to James Graham 3rd Duke Montrose [aged 38] and [his wife] Caroline Maria Montagu Duchess Montrose. She married 26th July 1814 her sixth cousin George Finch-Hatton 5th Earl Nottingham 10th Earl Winchilsea and had issue.
On 25th September 1793 [his daughter] Lucy Graham Countess Powis was born to James Graham 3rd Duke Montrose [aged 38] and [his wife] Caroline Maria Montagu Duchess Montrose. She married 9th February 1818 Edward Herbert 2nd Earl Powis, son of Edward Clive 1st Earl Powis and Henrietta Antonia Herbert 3rd Countess Powis, and had issue.
Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.

On 16th July 1799 [his son] James Graham 4th Duke Montrose was born to James Graham 3rd Duke Montrose [aged 43] and [his wife] Caroline Maria Montagu Duchess Montrose. He married 1836 Caroline Agnes Horsley Beresford "Mr Manton" Duchess Montrose, daughter of John Horsley Beresford 2nd Baron Decies and Charlotte Philadelphia Horsley, and had issue.
In 1812 James Graham 3rd Duke Montrose [aged 56] was appointed 637th Knight of the Garter by King George IV of Great Britain and Ireland [aged 49] during the Regency.
On 26th July 1814 [his son-in-law] George Finch-Hatton 5th Earl Nottingham 10th Earl Winchilsea [aged 23] and Georgiana Charlotte Graham Countess Nottingham Winchelsea [aged 20] were married. She the daughter of James Graham 3rd Duke Montrose [aged 58] and Caroline Maria Montagu Duchess Montrose. They were sixth cousins.
On 9th February 1818 [his son-in-law] Edward Herbert 2nd Earl Powis [aged 32] and Lucy Graham Countess Powis [aged 24] were married. She the daughter of James Graham 3rd Duke Montrose [aged 62] and Caroline Maria Montagu Duchess Montrose. He the son of Edward Clive 1st Earl Powis [aged 63] and Henrietta Antonia Herbert 3rd Countess Powis [aged 59].
On 13th February 1835 [his daughter] Georgiana Charlotte Graham Countess Nottingham Winchelsea [aged 41] died at Haverholme Priory, Lincolnshire [Map].
In 1836 James Graham 4th Duke Montrose [aged 36] and Caroline Agnes Horsley Beresford "Mr Manton" Duchess Montrose [aged 18] were married. He the son of James Graham 3rd Duke Montrose [aged 80] and Caroline Maria Montagu Duchess Montrose.
On 30th December 1836 James Graham 3rd Duke Montrose [aged 81] died. His son James [aged 37] succeeded 4th Duke Montrose. Caroline Agnes Horsley Beresford "Mr Manton" Duchess Montrose [aged 18] by marriage Duchess Montrose.
In 1847 [his former wife] Caroline Maria Montagu Duchess Montrose died.
