On 17th February 1904 [her grandfather] Henry Gerard Sturt 1st Baron Alington [aged 78] died. His son [her father] Humphrey [aged 44] succeeded 2nd Baron Alington. [her mother] Feodorowna Yorke Baroness Alington [aged 40] by marriage Baroness Alington.
On 30th July 1919 [her father] Humphrey Napier Sturt 2nd Baron Alington [aged 59] died. His son [her brother] Napier [aged 22] succeeded 3rd Baron Alington.

In 1921 Lois Sturt [aged 20] played a court lady in The Virgin Queen. Diana Manners Viscountess Norwich [aged 29] played Queen Elizabeth I.

On 1st April 1928 or 21st April 1928 Evan Morgan 2nd Viscount Tredegar [aged 34] and Lois Sturt [aged 27] were married.
Chronicle of a Bourgeois of Valenciennes
Récits d’un bourgeois de Valenciennes aka The Chronicle of a Bourgeois of Valenciennes is a vivid 14th-century vernacular chronicle written by an anonymous urban chronicler from Valenciennes in the County of Hainaut. She by marriage Baroness Alington. She the daughter of Anthony Ashley-Cooper 9th Earl of Shaftesbury [aged 59] and Constance Grosvenor Countess of Shaftesbury [aged 53]. They were fourth cousins.
On 3rd May 1934 [her father-in-law] Courtenay Morgan 1st Viscount Tredegar [aged 67] died at the Ritz Hotel. His son [her husband] Evan [aged 40] succeeded 2nd Viscount Tredegar, 4th Baron Tredegar of Tredegar in Monmouthshire, 6th Baronet Morgan of Tredegar.
On 27th June 1934 [her mother] Feodorowna Yorke Baroness Alington [aged 70] died.

On 18th September 1937 Lois Sturt [aged 37] died.
On 27th April 1949 [her former husband] Evan Morgan 2nd Viscount Tredegar [aged 55] died without issue. Viscount Tredegar extinct. His uncle Frederick [aged 75] succeeded 5th Baron Tredegar of Tredegar in Monmouthshire, 7th Baronet Morgan of Tredegar.
