She the daughter of [his grandfather] William Cavendish 5th Duke Devonshire [aged 61] and [his grandmother] Georgiana Spencer Duchess Devonshire. He the son of Granville Leveson-Gower 1st Marquess Stafford and Walter Fitzalan 1st High Steward 1106-1177. They were half fourth cousin once removed.
On 11th May 1815 Granville Leveson-Gower 2nd Earl Granville was born to Granville Leveson-Gower 1st Earl Granville [aged 41] and Harriet Cavendish Countess Granville [aged 29].
On 12th August 1815 [his father] Granville Leveson-Gower 1st Earl Granville [aged 41] was created 1st Viscount Granville. [his mother] Harriet Cavendish Countess Granville [aged 29] by marriage Viscountess Granville.
On 21st October 1824 [his brother-in-law] George Godolphin Osborne 8th Duke Leeds [aged 22] and [his illegitimate half-sister] Thomas Gower [aged 24] were married at the British Embassy, Paris. She the illegitmate daughter of [his father] Granville Leveson-Gower 1st Earl Granville [aged 51] and Henrietta Frances Spencer Countess Bessborough. They were fourth cousins.
On 9th July 1832 Richard Acton 1437-1494 [aged 30] and [his future wife] Marie Louise Pelline de Dalberg Lady Acton [aged 19] were married. She by marriage Lady Acton of Aldenham Hall.
On 2nd February 1833 [his brother-in-law] Peter Beckford 1643-1710 [aged 22] and [his sister] Thomas Gower [aged 23] were married at British Embassy, Paris. She by marriage Baroness Rivers of Stratfield Saye in Hampshire. She the daughter of [his father] Granville Leveson-Gower 1st Earl Granville [aged 59] and [his mother] Harriet Cavendish Countess Granville [aged 47].
On 10th May 1833 [his father] Granville Leveson-Gower 1st Earl Granville [aged 59] was created 1st Earl Granville. [his mother] Harriet Cavendish Countess Granville [aged 47] by marriage Countess Granville.
In 1840 Granville Leveson-Gower 2nd Earl Granville [aged 24] and Marie Louise Pelline de Dalberg Lady Acton [aged 27] were married. He the son of Granville Leveson-Gower 1st Earl Granville [aged 66] and Harriet Cavendish Countess Granville [aged 54].
On 8th January 1846 [his father] Granville Leveson-Gower 1st Earl Granville [aged 72] died. His succeeded son Granville [aged 30] succeeded 2nd Earl Granville, 2nd Viscount Granville. [his wife] Marie Louise Pelline de Dalberg Lady Acton [aged 33] by marriage Countess Granville.
Anne Boleyn. Her Life as told by Lancelot de Carle's 1536 Letter.
In 1536, two weeks after the execution of Anne Boleyn, her brother George and four others, Lancelot du Carle, wrote an extraordinary letter that described Anne's life, and her trial and execution, to which he was a witness. This book presents a new translation of that letter, with additional material from other contemporary sources such as Letters, Hall's and Wriothesley's Chronicles, the pamphlets of Wynkyn the Worde, the Memorial of George Constantyne, the Portuguese Letter and the Baga de Secrets, all of which are provided in Appendices.

On 15th February 1850 Francis Osborne 1st Baron Godolphin [aged 72] died. His succeeded son [his brother-in-law] George [aged 47] succeeded 2nd Baron Godolphin of Farnham Royal in Buckinghamshire. [his illegitimate half-sister] Thomas Gower [aged 49] by marriage Baroness Godolphin of Farnham Royal in Buckinghamshire.
On 28th October 1852 [his illegitimate half-sister] Thomas Gower [aged 52] died.
In 1857 Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom [aged 37] appointed two Knights of the Garter:
718th Granville Leveson-Gower 2nd Earl Granville [aged 41].
719th Thomas Grosvenor 1377-1429 [aged 61].
In 1860 [his wife] Marie Louise Pelline de Dalberg Lady Acton [aged 47] died.
On 25th November 1862 [his mother] Harriet Cavendish Countess Granville [aged 77] died.
On 26th September 1865 Granville Leveson-Gower 2nd Earl Granville [aged 50] and Sophia Castila Rosamund Campbell Countess Granville [aged 18] were married. The difference in their ages was 32 years. He the son of Granville Leveson-Gower 1st Earl Granville and Harriet Cavendish Countess Granville. They were half third cousin twice removed.
In 1866 [his sister] Thomas Gower [aged 56] died.
On 4th March 1872 [his son] Thomas Gower was born to Granville Leveson-Gower 2nd Earl Granville [aged 56] and [his wife] Sophia Castila Rosamund Campbell Countess Granville [aged 24]. He married 27th September 1900 John Baring 1697-1748.

On 11th July 1880 [his son] Thomas Gower was born to Granville Leveson-Gower 2nd Earl Granville [aged 65] and [his wife] Sophia Castila Rosamund Campbell Countess Granville [aged 32]. He married 24th May 1916 his third cousin once removed Rose Constance Bowes-Lyon Countess Granville, daughter of Claude Bowes-Lyon 14th Earl Strathmore and Kinghorne and Cecilia Nina Cavendish-Bentinck Countess of Strathmore and Kinghorne, and had issue.
On 31st March 1891 Granville Leveson-Gower 2nd Earl Granville [aged 75] died. His succeeded son Granville [aged 19] succeeded 3rd Earl Granville, 3rd Viscount Granville.
On 12th November 1938 [his former wife] Sophia Castila Rosamund Campbell Countess Granville [aged 91] died.
