He the son of Ferdinand I King Aragon and Eleanor of Alberquerque Queen Consort Aragon [aged 47]. They were first cousin once removed. She a great x 5 granddaughter of King Henry III of England.

On 2nd February 1426 Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre was born to John II King Aragon [aged 27] and Blanche Évreux Queen Consort Aragon [aged 38]. Coefficient of inbreeding 5.59%.

In 1436 Gaston IV Count Foix [aged 13] and Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 9] were married. She by marriage Countess Foix. In 1446 [her son] Jean Foix Count Étampes was born to [her husband] Gaston IV Count Foix [aged 23] and Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 19]. He married 8th September 1476 his third cousin once removed Marie Valois Viscountess Narbonne, daughter of Charles Valois Duke Orléans and Mary de la Marck Duchess Orléans, and had issue.

Around 1449 [her daughter] Marguerite Foix Duchess Brittany was born to [her husband] Gaston IV Count Foix [aged 26] and Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 22]. She married 27th June 1474 her second cousin once removed Francis Montfort II Duke Brittany and had issue.

On 7th February 1449 [her son] Pierre Foix was born to [her husband] Gaston IV Count Foix [aged 26] and Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 23].

Around 1452 [her daughter] Marie Foix Marquis Montferrat was born to [her husband] Gaston IV Count Foix [aged 29] and Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 25]. She married 19th January 1465 her third cousin once removed William VIII Marquis of Montferrat.

Around 1454 [her daughter] Jeanne Foix was born to [her husband] Gaston IV Count Foix [aged 31] and Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 27]. She married 19th August 1479 her first cousin once removed Jean V Count Armagnac, son of John IV Count Armagnac and Isabella Évreux Countess Armagnac.

On 20th July 1454 John II King Castile [aged 49] died. His son [her brother-in-law] Henry [aged 29] succeeded IV King Castile. [her sister] Blanche Trastámara II Queen Navarre [aged 30] by marriage Queen Consort Castile.

Around 1455 [her daughter] Catherine of Foix Countess Kendal was born to [her husband] Gaston IV Count Foix [aged 32] and Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 28]. She married before 1484 her second cousin Gaston de Foix 2nd Earl Kendal, son of John Foix 1st Earl Kendal and Margaret Kerdeston Countess Foix, and had issue.

On 27th June 1458 [her uncle] Alfonso V King Aragon [aged 62] died. His son Ferdinand [aged 35] succeeded I King Naples. Isabella Clermont Queen Consort Naples [aged 34] by marriage Queen Consort Naples. His brother [her father] John [aged 59] succeeded II King Aragon.

On 7th March 1461 Gaston V Count Foix [aged 18] and Magdalena Valois Countess Foix [aged 17] were married. She by marriage Countess Foix. She the daughter of Charles "Victorious" VII King France [aged 58] and Marie Valois Anjou Queen Consort France [aged 56]. He the son of Gaston IV Count Foix [aged 38] and Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 35]. They were third cousin once removed.

After 1462 [her daughter] Isabel Foix died.

In 1464 [her sister] Blanche Trastámara II Queen Navarre [aged 40] died.

On 19th January 1465 [her son-in-law] William VIII Marquis of Montferrat [aged 44] and Marie Foix Marquis Montferrat [aged 13] were married. She by marriage Marchioness Montferrat. The difference in their ages was 31 years. She the daughter of Gaston IV Count Foix [aged 42] and Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 38]. They were third cousin once removed.

In 1466 [her daughter] Leonor Foix died.

On 27th June 1474 [her son-in-law] Francis Montfort II Duke Brittany [aged 41] and Marguerite Foix Duchess Brittany [aged 25] were married. She by marriage Duchess Brittany. She the daughter of Gaston IV Count Foix and Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 48]. They were second cousin once removed. He a great x 4 grandson of King Henry III of England.

Around 1476 [her daughter] Jeanne Foix [aged 22] died.

On 8th September 1476 Jean Foix Count Étampes [aged 30] and Marie Valois Viscountess Narbonne [aged 18] were married. She the daughter of Charles Valois Duke Orléans and Mary de la Marck Duchess Orléans. He the son of Gaston IV Count Foix and Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 50]. On 28th January 1479 Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 52] was crowned Queen Consort Navarre.

On 12th February 1479 Eleanor Trastámara Queen Consort Navarre [aged 53] died.
